Question for National Identification Authority

Good morning Sir / Madam,
Please i couldn't get to register for my Ghana Card, I live in the Kpone - Katamanso Electoral Area, Oyibi to be precise. Can I come to the Head Office and go through the necessary procedures? If yes, when?
