Question for BANK ECOBANK GHANA Head Office, Accra

Why does the eco bank costumer care so rude and slow in handling their clients complaints?
I have an unsolved issue now with my Xpress account now soon it will be be a week .no one cares about it why is it so sweet to receive people s money and when there is a problem you feel reluctant to solve???
