Question for Atwima Nwabiagya District Assembly

1.Please i would like to know whether it is lawful for an information centre to operate as early at 4:30am and play music till its 6:00am in a residential area.

2. Secondly can an information centre operate when letters of consents have not been given to houses in the residential area.
