Question for Ghana Health Service (GHS)

I'm a Ghanaian and currently studying Masters in Public Health abroad.
I will finish in JULY 2020 and hoping to come to Ghana for my NSS in September 2020.
Is it possible to offer my services with GHS accra directorate?
