Question for Kinbu Secondary Technical School

Iam a student of Abeka 4 jhs.. i completed this year(2015)..when selecting my school i choose ebeneezer shs first choice, kinbu shs 2choice wesley grammar shs 3choice, and armed force shs choice 4choice ..i had 23 in..and i got kinbu..please can i go to another school with my grade 23??
