Question for Gcom Pre-University

If i do hardware, networking, graphics and website designing, what kind of certificate will i get? and how many months will it take me to finish the course? where can i use this certificate? what kind of certificate will i gain?
please do you also do practicals?
is it possible for a j.h.s leaver to attend this class?
please is Nov-Dec registration going on with classes?
