Question for Premier Bet

I placed a bet and there was Young boys and Rapperswil-jona on the 21/06/2019.
my prediction was over 1.5 goals in second half, the match played only first half and closes.
The match didn't continue with the second half.
Now I scanned the ticket and they said ticket lost.
I find it very difficult to understand.
