Question for Donewell Insurance Co. Ltd. (Head Office)

Please my GCB accountant told me that I have inquired deduction from you but I can't remember having an insurance with you. And if I have done it with you please remove me from the insurance for now because I need the money for my school fees. Please I need the way forward in getting my money back.
