Question for SG-SSB Ltd. (Koforidua Branch)

I'm a young soldier, 19 yes of age,during our period of training ,an account was created for us and becos I'm not having the voter's ID ,I used the ECOWAS card,now ,we have passed out and I want to withdraw money with it because I need money...please do something about it
