Question for Vodafone Ghana Head Office (App Download)

I recharged my phone and i still cant make calls to other networks and your csr are telling me the system has an issue so i need to top up again but thats crazy and absolute waste of money cus ut always happens and i recharge my account but not this time...you guys need to refund it. Its almost 12am and i asked for help since 4pm today till now no better response.
