Question for Succoth Ltd.

I bought a piece of land in Dobro, E/R from a military man who bought it from Succoth Limited in 2006 with Sammy Gbebi as Managing Director at Succoth. I want to 1. Make sure the land is properly surveyed and 2. if possible change the name on the indenture. Can you help?
