Question for Enterprise Insurance Co. Ltd. (Airport Office)

I want to know how long it take, for one to get his claims settle because l make mine car claim for three week now but no answer and the person who works on my car is on me for his money but your company told me they were going to pay for me and still now nothing happen or do l have to do something (like African people always say) before I get my claims pay!
