Question for Barclays Bank Gh. Ltd.

My name is THEOPHILUS .I had an account with Barclays Bank Koforidua branch both current account and Treasury bill for the past 8 years. I am unable to access my account outside the country but my ATM card is expired but my Treasury bill is still active and running as it should be.
I would like to know how I can access my account outside Ghana and ready to cash all my money from the treasury pot.
