Question for Ministry of Justice & Attorney General

A caretaker house boy is claiming my property in Winneba. The case has been in Swedru/Winneba high court for more than 10 years now. The Judges Clerks and my Lawyer are only interested in my money.I am suspecting litigation and arbitration. Is there anything I should do to reclaime my property since am getting financially handicap or any help from the high office of the land?
