Question for Birth & Death Registry

I have lost total confident and trust in the B&D registry. I made my registration 7 months now, till date all I get is excuses. Machine is not working, data lose... This whole thing is a crap. ******** is not working. Trust me, I'm soon going to sue this institution soon.
