Question for Seamen Christian Society

Please I want to know when the seamen of this association would resume work after the Christmas break.
I am told the seamen association have some issues to settle with government and due to that,the association was not able to resume work till today.
I am very confused on what to believe.
I need you to please brief me about the situation on ground.
