Question for CONSULAT RWANDA

My name is Atta Kassi Salomon, I come from Abidjan, Ivory Coast but I live in Accra and I plan to be in Kigaly from 12 to 16 February for an annual insurance meeting (FANAF).

I want to do my visa before flying to Rwanda, can you advise me your embassy addresses location and all documents to supply for applying visa?
