I am in the state of Louisiana in the us I have been dating Kim Issah I got a text then a phone call from a man name John he said that he kidnap Kim and her mother and wanted me to send him ******** dollars or he was going to kill them the # he call me from is 233 57 781 1677. I do not know how to report this so I found where I could e mail this. Please look into this please.
