Job offer: Senior Patrol Supervisors MPS

Assist the Contract Coordinator to develop and implement security policy and procedures at the port.Assist the Contract Coordinator to control and monitor Operational budget for security operations.To monitor short postings and assist HR department to recruit, train and deploy the right caliber of Guards.To schedule and attend meetings with Clients to determine security problems on their locations.To Conduct meetings with Patrol/Operations team.To assist the contract Coordinator to plan and coordinate security. operations for specific needs/event.Coordinate and train staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.Review reports on incidents and breaches and forward to the contract coordinator.Audit current security measures to identify potential vulnerabilities for the company and clients and advise.Conduct risk analysis to assess potential risk.Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies to prevent crime and respond to emergencies.Establish security guard patrols routes and ensure that guards stay on schedule to maximize coverage. Coordinate refresher training programs for staff. Any other job that will be assigned from time to time.

RequirementsMust have a Diploma, Degree, or Professional Certificate in a related
field will be an advantage.
Should have over 5 to 10 years’ experience in Security.
Experience in Supervisory or Management role.
Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge in investigating incidents.
Good written and verbal reporting skills
Ability to lead a team with strong leadership skills and principles.
Must be proactive and pay attention to details.
Must be confident with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Military experience will be a plus.

Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Education: First Degree
