Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
Monitoring budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with financial plans.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Keeping track of payment schedules and following up on overdue accounts.
Ensuring adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Overseeing client accounts to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
Reconciling discrepancies in accounts and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
Managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

Role Ensure the accurate recording, analysis, and reporting of the organization’s financial transactions.
