We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafeteria Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hospital cafeteria. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene, and delivering excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Job description:
Oversee the preparation, presentation and serving of meals in compliance with hospital policies, dietary requirements and health regulations.
Manage inventory, place orders and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages.
Ensure all team members adhere to safety, sanitation, and food-handling protocols.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Supervise and maintain restaurant cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards and expectations.
Assist in the development of menu offerings and changes based on costs and customer preferences.
Ensure a complete accurate documentation of all transactions.
Develop marketing strategies to increase productivity.


Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Education: Higher National Diploma
