Flowitec is seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle to transport goods, packages, and/or passengers. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, excellent navigation skills, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a company vehicle to transport goods, packages, and/or passengers.
  • Route Planning: Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Cargo Handling: Load and unload cargo, goods, and packages safely and efficiently.
  • Passenger Care: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any issues to management.
  • Compliance: Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to driving and transportation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Safety: Ensure the safety of passengers, cargo, and other road users


    • Education Required: ’O’ level, SSCE, NVTI

    Requirements
    • License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Education: O level, SHS or its equivalent
    • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a driver, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
    • Physical Ability: Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Navigation Skills: Strong navigation skills, including using GPS and reading maps.
    • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to ensure timely deliveries.
