Our client, a leading enterprise technology provider is looking for an experienced person to fill the role of a B2B SALES EXECUTIVE (SAAS SPECIALIST) to assist in the operations of the business.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored SaaS solutions that align with their needs. He/she will also perform the following duties as well:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through market research, networking, and outbound sales strategies.
Cultivate relationships with decision-makers across enterprise organizations to understand their challenges and demonstrate how the solutions address their needs.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting value propositions and Return On Investment (ROI).
Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional communication.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals by converting leads into long-term clients.
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align with strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in the SaaS space.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring transparency and pipeline visibility.


Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Education: First Degree
Requirements
  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. (A Master’s degree will be advantageous).
  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years specializing in SaaS sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales analytics tools.
  • Should have advanced certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler Sales, Challenger Sales).
  • Multi-lingual capabilities are an advantage, particularly for global sales.REQUIREMENTS
  • Should have strong knowledge of the enterprise technology landscape, particularly SaaS solutions.
  • Must have experience working with enterprise clients across multiple industries.
  • Should be willing to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences and events.
  • Must have determination towards personal and organizational sales targets.
  • Must be polite with a strong focus on the organization’s ethics and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Should be self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Should have a go-getter approach and be a team player.
  • Must be open to learning and understanding.
  • Must be energetic, flexible, and have the ability to take the organization to new heights.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
