A modern retail mall in Takoradi, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the business. The role is integral to ensuring operational excellence across our retail spaces, multi-purpose hall, and lounge services while delivering an exceptional shopping and entertainment experience to our patrons.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and supply chain efficiency.
Supervise the maintenance of the facility, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
Analyze financial performance, preparing regular reports and recommendations for management
Develop and execute customer-centric initiatives to attract and retain patrons.
Enhance the visibility and appeal of the organization through community engagement and brand partnerships.
Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed operational and performance reports for the General Manager and executive team.
