Sales Executive- Dealers Business- Tanks Division (2 Slots)Job Presentation
As a Sales Executive for our water tank manufacturing business, you will be responsible for driving sales through dealer channels, gathering market intelligence on trends and competition, and analyzing dealer, location, and SKU-wise performance.
You will also focus on market development and growth, with a special emphasis on blow tanks. Your role will be crucial in ensuring innovation in customer service and experience, new product development, and cost-saving initiatives. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales Manager.
1.Sales Targets:
•Achieve and/or surpass the monthly sales targets assigned, including targets on Super Sumo, Roto, and Non-Tanks.
2.Dealer Sales:
•Identify and grow opportunities within the existing dealer network.
•Collaborate with the Sales manager
•Maintain frequent contact with dealers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
3.Market Intelligence:
•Gather market intelligence on a regular basis to identify emerging markets and market shifts.
•Stay aware of product potential and competition behavior.
4.Performance Analysis:
•Conduct analysis on dealer, location, and SKU-wise performance.
•Prepare monthly activity reports for review meetings, including past month's activities, achievements, and next month's objectives.
5.Market Development:
•Focus on market development and growth, with a special emphasis on blown tanks.
•Develop strategies to enhance market presence and drive sales growth.
6.Innovation and Customer Service:
•Drive innovation in customer service and experience.
•Lead initiatives for new product development and cost-saving measures.
•Constant source of ideas for market growth and improvement
7.Marketing Strategy:
•Work with the marketing team to develop a marketing strategy that rejuvenates the brand and increases visibility.
8.Reporting:
•Report periodically to the Sales Manager and Head of Department (HOD) on the status of existing customers and prospects.
Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Education: Higher National Diploma
