We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Officers to join our team in Accra Central. The ideal candidates will work directly in the field to engage with clients, gather data, and promote the organization’s services while achieving set performance targets.
Responsibilities:* Conduct field visits to identify and engage with potential and existing clients.* Promote and explain the organization’s products and services to clients.* Collect accurate and up-to-date information from clients for record-keeping and reporting.* Monitor client feedback and provide insights to improve services.* Meet individual and team performance targets as assigned.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.* Prepare and submit detailed reports on field activities to the management.
Working Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Education: Diploma

Requirements
- Education: Diploma, HND, or Degree in a relevant field.Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
