Key Responsibilities:

Ensure exceptional after-sales services to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners.
Operational Excellence:
Manage resources effectively to ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.
Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in the pesticide industry, particularly in managing marketing or sales teams.
Prior experience as a Country Manager or in a similar leadership role is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in developing and expanding markets and businesses in the pesticide or related industries.
In-depth knowledge of the local pesticide market, including crops, pests, diseases, and distribution networks.
Expertise in product promotion and delivering exceptional after-sale services.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Fluency in the french language will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in analyzing market data and business metrics.
Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years
