Neizer Prime Ltd., a consumer goods, personal care and services company located at Sowutuom – Accra seeks a dedicated and marketing focused member as a Sales Manager to head the PLASENCE brand team. PLASENCE launched its female sanitary pads line in January 2024 and is steadily gaining market traction. PLASENCE was created with the mission to improve the comfort and well-being of everyone by providing convenient, awe-inspiring health and wellness products to promote proper hygiene.
The Sales Managers will report to the Head of Operations/ CEO and will oversee all aspects of products sales, specifically personal hygiene products. The Sales Manager will lead product sales activities to achieve realistic sales goals while building relationships with wholesalers, distributors and retailers. The candidate should be capable of developing revenue-driven sales strategies and managing the products distribution and sales channel from lead generation to closing.
Education Required: High School Certificate / Diploma
- A degree/ experience in Sales and Marketing
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales role or its equivalent.
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial skills
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
