JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO of Fashion Connect Africa Ltd As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing Victoria’s schedule, correspondence, and travel arrangements, as well as providing project management support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO’S schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
2. Project Management:
- Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Coordinate with team members and external partners to ensure timely completion of projects
3. Travel Arrangements:
- Book travel and accommodation arrangements for Victoria and other team members
- Prepare itineraries and travel documents
4. Expense Management:
- Manage and track expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Prepare and submit expense reports
5. Office Administration:
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Project management and coordination
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Travel arrangement and planning
- Expense management and tracking
