JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO of Fashion Connect Africa Ltd As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing Victoria’s schedule, correspondence, and travel arrangements, as well as providing project management support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

UNIT/DEPARTMENT: Management

REPORTS TO: Chief Empowerment Officer

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CEO’S schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports

2. Project Management:

  • Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Coordinate with team members and external partners to ensure timely completion of projects

3. Travel Arrangements:

  • Book travel and accommodation arrangements for Victoria and other team members
  • Prepare itineraries and travel documents

4. Expense Management:

  • Manage and track expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Prepare and submit expense reports

5. Office Administration:

  • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Project management and coordination
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Travel arrangement and planning
  • Expense management and tracking
  • Office administration and organization
