Job offer: Retail Store Manager

• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. Planning promotional campaigns for new and existing products and propose innovative ideas to increase market share online.
• Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store sales, restocking and updating financial records
• Ensure the store is kept clean and organized with a positive ambience to the customers.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items. Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the store.
• Preparing detailed reports and reporting on buying trends, customer needs and requirements, customer suggestions and complaint and perform any additional store manager duties as need
• Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
• Communicate with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners
• Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
• Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
• Keep up to date with current digital trends
• Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities
