  • REPORTS TO: Branch Manager
  • REMUNERATION: Per approved remuneration structure. Further details of this as well as other terms of employment will be discussed at the interview
  • LOCATION: All Locations

  • To provide excellent and quality sales to clients, including managing existing businesses making sure, they enjoy the Enterprise Advantage

    • BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan and deliver on sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Prospect and sell the products and services of the company.
  • Plan, recruit, and train Life Planners
  • Set targets and manage Life Planners to achieve personal as well as branch and corporate sales targets
  • Drive quality sales that will persist on our books.
  • Prepare and undertake sales presentations to individuals, groups, and associations or corporate bodies
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to Branch Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or as required by the business.


    • Education Required: First Degree

    Requirements
    • A minimum of a first degree in any discipline
    • At least 5 years working experience as a Salesperson with the responsibility of managing teams to achieve on business targets.
    • Must have a track record of excellent performance and good behaviour.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent knowledge in use of ICT to achieve results.
    • Must be able to drive and have a valid driving license.
