We seek a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in the construction or engineering field and a proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure projects in Ghana.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
Perform site surveys, analyze data, and prepare project reports.
Supervise construction activities and manage site staff to ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and project schedules.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations and environmental guidelines.
Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Education: First Degree

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Professional certification or membership with a recognized engineering body in Ghana is an advantage.Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar tools.Excellent project management and leadership skills.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
