Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, quality control, and efficiency.
Maintain an optimal level of inventory and manage food and beverage supplies.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu quality and timely food delivery.
Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds customer service expectations, addressing guest feedback promptly.
Team Leadership and Development:Supervise, train, and develop staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house personnel.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and staff retention.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure proper scheduling and labour cost control to maintain efficient staffing levels.
Financial and Budget Management:Monitor and control the restaurant’s budget, including labour costs, food and beverage costs, and overall profit margins.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance and prepare reports for ownership/management.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and minimize operational costs.
Customer Experience:
Ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests, including handling complaints and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
Maintain high levels of customer service standards and oversee the front-of-house operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Continuously evaluate and improve the guest experience through feedback and quality improvements.
Marketing and Promotion:Collaborate on promotional activities, special events, and marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
Ensure the restaurant's brand image and reputation are maintained through consistent customer engagement and community outreach.
Compliance and Safety:Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed in compliance with local health codes and regulations.

Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:oDegree/HND in hospitality or business management preferred.o3+ years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.oStrong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, budgeting, and staffing.oProven experience in leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
