1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Identify, prospect and secure business leads and clients to drive revenue growth. ( for the gym and equipment)
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and customer service).
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights.
7. Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide timely delivery and after-sales support
8. Manage sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide regular sales reports.
Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Education: First Degree

Requirements
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2. 3+ years of sales experience in the fitness industry or related field.3. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.5. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.8. Knowledge of sporting good and equipment is an added advantage 9. Familiarity with fitness industry trends and technologies.10. Experience in the real estate or fitness industry is a plus
