Job Presentation

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day to day operations to create a comfortable, enjoyable and profitable experience for Guests while maximizing Revenues HOTEL, FOOD & BEVERAGE
  • Develop and execute operating plans to increase efficiencies customer’s satisfaction, growth, and profitability
  • Provide strong leadership role at our Beach and Hotel
  • Business Development –provide  leadership support and directions to increase sales revenues in our  facilities
  • Manage and take actions to capitalize on revenue opportunities.
  • Cost control – manage expenses, reviewing transactions and monitoring budgets to ensure cost control and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure that company policies are implemented objectively and successfully. 
  • Responsible for creating positive customer experiences, packages, entertainment etc.
  • Safeguard and maintain the assets of the company.
  • Other duties as assigned by the senior management.


    • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree

    Requirements
    • Experience
    • Must have 3-5 years practical experience in the Hospitality Industry. 
    • Qualifications:    
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel management, Tourism or Business Administration
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, time management, and Good computer skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Must be results oriented, and a problem solver, motivate employees and build a winning team.
    • Must have in depth knowledge social media tools and its application to increase revenue
