The Grants and Proposals Development Manager is responsible for ensuring Financial Sustainability of the organization by mobilizing various resources through proposal development, fundraising, corporate sponsorship and partnership, social enterprise model promotion.

Education Required: Master’s Degree
- Applicant must have the following
- Masters in Business Administration- Marketing, Accounting, Finance, etc
- Experience in Resource Proposals Writing , Fundraising and Partnership development.
- Minimum 5 years Experience in for profit, NGO or social enterprises
