Responsibilities

Operate cranes to lift, move, position, or place materials and equipment at the construction site.

Inspect cranes and equipment daily to ensure they are in safe operating condition.

Follow all safety protocols and signal instructions from the ground crew during operations.

Calculate loads and ensure that they are within lifting capacity.

Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment when necessary.

Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate operations.

Education Required: Diploma/First degree

Requirements

Proven experience as a crane operator in a construction environment.
Certification as a crane operator and knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
Physical stamina and hand-eye coordination to operate heavy machinery safely.
Character Qualities: Hard-working, disciplined, attentive to safety, and detail-oriented. Serious about maintaining safety standards and efficient operation.
