Job offer: Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Logistics Supervisor with a strong engineering background to oversee and optimize our freight and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, cost-effective, and safe transportation of goods, leveraging their technical expertise to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.
Coordinate with operations and transport team
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs): on-time delivery, transit times, and damage rates.
Analyze and optimize logistics processes using engineering principles.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., customs, transportation).
Implement and enforce safety protocols.
Communicate with external partners (vendors, customers).
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.


Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Education: First Degree
