Role / Duties: Answer customer enquiries and address them courteously and professionally.Check and respond to company official emails daily to respond to them professionally.Prepare Quotations and Invoices using MS Excel .Email quotations, pro-forma invoices and maintain accurate records both electronically and manually.Receive and record daily revenue and expenses and maintain petty cash records accurately.Preparing all statutory payments and salaries (PAYE, VAT and SSNIT) monthly and promptly.Prepare balance sheet, profit or Loss Statement, and other monthly financial reportsTake stock / Inventory at company warehouse and subsidiary electrical shops and maintain accurate records.
