As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive the company’s market presence.
Position Overview
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to support DGL’s growth. This role requires high-level strategic planning, leadership in brand management, and oversight of both digital and offline marketing efforts. You will also lead product marketing initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as sales, procurement, and operations to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns that contribute directly to revenue growth.

Education Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in marketing with strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and CRM tools.
- Experience in the agricultural sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Skills or ExperienceExperience
- You have 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the agricultural, FMCG, or B2B sectors. You have a proven record of success in crafting and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand equity.

- You have strong leadership skills and can inspire, guide, and mentor teams.
- Your communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, translating complex strategies into actionable plans.
- Strategic Vision & Creativity:
- You bring both strategic vision and creativity to the role, capable of developing long-term strategies while driving innovative campaign designs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- You are experienced in using data to make informed marketing decisions and have familiarity with analytics tools, CRM systems, and customer feedback mechanisms such as NPS.
- Adaptability & Initiative:
- You excel in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing market conditions and customer needs. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
