Join Our Team as a Shop Assistant!

Are you passionate about retail and customer service? We're looking for a dedicated shop assistant to help us create an exceptional shopping experience! 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and distribute job orders to tailors.
  • Maintain customer records on shop app
  • Quality control. Ensuring outfits are in perfect shape, before leaving the shop.
  • Organize and label customer orders.
  • Organize items on the rack. Ensuring they are well ironed and neat
  • Assist customers in finding the products they need and provide shopping advice.
  • Process customer payments efficiently at the checkout.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including afterhours cleaning and rearranging.


    • Education Required: Diploma/First degree

    Requirements
    • High school diploma or a university graduate
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven retail sales experience
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Detail-oriented
