Our client, a leading HR solutions and services provider, is seeking a highly efficient and proactive Sales Engineer to assist with the company’s operations
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the needs of the Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) sales and must have a good understanding of air conditioning products and systems, knowledge about the air conditioning market, and brands operating in this country/region. He or she will also be designing support for consultants, providing training, plan & spec, sales & marketing, target setting & forecasting for existing and new territories for carrier and the company’s complete range of products
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide back-office support (technical selection /quotation) to the sales team
Review of tender document/Bill of Quantity (BOQ) schedule/specifications
Estimate heat load calculations by Hourly analysis program (HAP)
Provide technical selections of Chillers, Air handling units (AHUs), Fan Coil-units (FCUs), and rooftop units by using carrier selection software tools
Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers
Help customers who have problems with installed products and recommend improved or upgraded materials and machinery
Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers' technical requirements
and needs
Read and review ducting and piping layouts from Auto Computer Aided Designs (CAD) drawings
Generate high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange deliveries
Manage inquiries and offer technical support for the Sales Managers
Attend conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge.
Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Education: First Degree

Requirements
- EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of a diploma or a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience in HVAC (Heating, ventilating and Air Conditioning) products especially in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) salesREQUIREMENTS
- Must have a strong experience in sales and the technology field.
- Must know about commonly used systems, solutions, practices, and procedures within the HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) field
- Must have strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- The ability to relate technical information to nontechnical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have good leadership and teamwork skills
- Must be self-motivated and can work independently.
