Our client a leading tile manufacturing company in Ghana is seeking to employ two qualified and experience Customs Clearance Supervisors with a minimum of four (4) years experience for their business operations at Accra.
Candidate must be able to undertake the following:
1.Management of Customs Clearance Processes: Coordinate and manage the customs clearance processes of goods, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.2.Document Review: Review import and export documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness, and resolve document issues promptly.3.Communication with Customs: Maintain good communication with customs and inspection and quarantine authorities to address issues encountered during the clearance process.4.Compliance Management: Ensure that the company’s import and export operations comply with customs and other regulatory requirements, and conduct regular compliance reviews.5.Team Training: Train team members on customs clearance knowledge and processes to enhance the team's professional skills.6.Data Analysis: Analyze customs clearance data and provide improvement suggestions to optimize clearance efficiency.7.Risk Assessment: Evaluate customs clearance risks and develop corresponding countermeasures to mitigate potential risks.8.Policy Monitoring: Keep up to date with changes in customs policies and adjust the company's operational processes accordingly.
Salary Range : Between GHS 8,000.00 - 13,000.00

Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Education: Masters Degree

Requirements
- 1.Educational Background: Master's degree or above, preferably in international trade, logistics management, business administration, or related fields.2.Work Experience: At least 4 years of experience in customs clearance or related fields; experience as a customs clearance supervisor is preferred.3.Professional Knowledge: Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export processes, and relevant legal frameworks; understanding of international trade policies.4.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively collaborating with internal teams and external organizations.5.Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to independently handle complex customs clearance issues.Computer Skills: Proficient in office software and customs clearance-related systems; data analysis skills are a plus.
