A newly opened bakery in Accra is seeking experienced sales persons.
If you have passion for sales, have excellent interpersonal skills, results-driven, and have a pleasant disposition, we would like to have you on our team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Sell bread and other baked products to customers in assigned routes
- curate leads and deliver products to retail outlets, markets, and households
- Maintain accurate sales records and report daily sales
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships
- Ensure timely delivery and product quality
You must be
Age 20-40
Basic education (JHS/SHS)
Valid motorcycle/driving license
2+ years of sales experience (preferably in FMCG)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Physical stamina for long hours
Knowledge of Accra roads and environs
Defensive driving skills
