Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for our Spare Parts division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the spare parts market, excellent sales skills, and the ability to lead a team in driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the spare parts sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically for spare parts, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and suppliers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth in the spare parts sector.
Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance and metrics, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure the availability and timely delivery of spare parts to customers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role focused on spare parts or a related industry.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
