Phalo Trading Enterprise is a leading player in the trading industry, dedicated to delivering top-notch products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • To represent the company in selling products or services in the territory in which the Representative shall be assigned.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, and research to expand the customer base.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing administrative support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Assist in managing inventory and stock levels.


    • Education Required: S.S.S.C.E., W.A.S.S.C.E., H.N.D., Degree

    Requirements
    • Minimum qualification of WASCE, HND, or a First Degree.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM (proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus) systems, spreadsheets, and other relevant software.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
