The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our production machinery and equipment run smoothly and efficiently, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional products to consumers. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and Repairs: Perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems, including conveyors, packaging machinery, pumps, motors, and other production equipment. Installation: Install, assemble, and upgrade new equipment in the production line to meet production and operational standards. Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards. Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner to minimize production downtime. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment performance, including documenting machine downtime and maintenance activities. Safety Compliance: Adhere to company safety policies and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements
- Qualifications:Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, including conveyors, pumps, packaging machinery, and pneumatic systems.Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices and ability to perform breakdown repairs under pressure.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.Proficient with hand and power tools as well as diagnostic equipment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Familiarity with FMCG industry standards and protocols is a plus.
