We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our maintenance team, responsible for ensuring the electrical systems within our facilities are operating efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment within the facility. Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical issues, including faults, malfunctions, and breakdowns, and take corrective action to minimize downtime. Installation: Install, test, and commission new electrical systems and machinery according to industry standards and safety regulations. Compliance: Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations, codes, and safety standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices. Documentation: Keep detailed records of electrical work, including maintenance logs, safety checks, and inventory of electrical supplies. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), lockout/tagout procedures, and hazard assessments. Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance team members, production staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruptions. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving electrical systems, increasing efficiency, and reducing energy consumption.

Requirements
- Qualifications:Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Valid electrician’s license or certification.Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in an industrial or FMCG setting.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, control panels, wiring, and PLCs.Familiarity with safety regulations, codes, and standards.Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls as needed.
