JOB PURPOSEThe successful applicant shall oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a hotel construction project. He /She shall be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
ROLE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTLeads the planning and implementation of a hotel construction project from conception to completion.
Defines the project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develops full-scale project plans, timelines, milestones, monitors and tracks progress.
Manages project budget and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Ensures that all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Oversees the preparation and submission of necessary documentation and permits.
Conducts regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Identifies and manages project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
Facilitates communication and collaboration among all project participants.
Provides regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensures client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
