Worse customer service.They treat as queen when they want u to have a policy with them but u have the policy and u want something from ur own policy there u will see their true character even policy document is whala my took four years

Terribe experience
Terrible customer service. Giving me a 20% yearly increment in premiums when i clearly asked for 10% and filled it on the form.
Trying to surrender the policy has also become a tag of war.

Please, I registered for wealth master and homecall but i was not notified before the deduction started and now I want to cancel the policies and get my money back with the interest because its almost a year no. Please I need the money urgently.

Please a young saw me and took my bank account number and introduced ur product to me then after I told him am not interested later he called me on phone and still I told him am not interested then this month I deposited money in my account then you people has just deducted 375ghc why what the meaning of this please
